WHAT SPACES DO YOU WORK IN?
We work across a range of spaces within the home, including kitchens, pantries, laundries, bedrooms, bathroom and children’s rooms.
WHAT TYPE OF ITEMS DO YOU REPLACE?
This varies from home to home but commonly includes food storage, cookware, utensils, pantry items, cleaning products, bathroom accessories, laundry items and children’s products.
HOW ARE PRODUCTS PRICED?
Products are sourced and supplied as part of the service and include a small margin for sourcing, coordination and convenience.
DO YOU OFFER CLEANING BEFORE TRANSFORMING A SPACE?
Additional cleaning services can be arranged prior to installation where required. This can be discussed during the assessment process depending on the space and level of preparation needed.
HOW IS THE SIGNATURE PACKAGE PRICED?
The Signature package is tailored to each home and priced based on the size of the space, scope of work, number of items involved and overall level of sourcing, removal and installation required. Following the initial assessment, a detailed proposal and pricing breakdown is provided.
WHAT HAPPENS TO THE ITEMS THAT ARE REMOVED?
Items are responsibly disposed of, recycled, or redirected where appropriate depending on their condition
DO YOU TRANSFER ITEMS INTO CONTAINERS?
Our service includes the installation and organisation of products. Decanting or transferring food and consumables is not included unless arranged separately.
CAN TRANSFORMATIONS BE COMPLETED IN STAGES?
Yes. Projects can be completed gradually over time depending on your preferences, priorities, and budget.
CAN I CHOOSE MY OWN BRANDS AND PRODUCTS?
We’re happy to incorporate preferred brand or specific requests wherever possible, while ensuring everything works cohesively within the space and overall direction of the transformation.
CAN I KEEP SOME OF MY EXISTING ITEMS?
The service is tailored to your preferences and we can work around items you would like to keep within the space.
